Queenie Lasoul - Dear Rapper, “They Care” (Single)

Riding high from her “Kickback” EP in 2022 and seeing the good side of her reflective in the “Mirrors” for 2023, Queenie LaSoul has delivered a sensational series of stunning performances in her music to make sure they put respect on her name as a prominent emcee. However, there are still those doubters and nonbelievers destined to see her fall from grace. Well, they can keep on waiting as Queenie decided to pull the gloves off on her latest single titled “Dear Rapper, They Care” and pen this diabolical eulogy, deading this shit right now before she goes into full berserk mode with the raps, questioning your favorite rapper’s rhymes.

Bringing back the golden age of hip-hop in one monstrous sound, Queenie delivers a sensational amount of raps conceived through her blissful aura and revengeful wordplay that when addressing real hip-hop, her name should be mentioned throughout that conversation with detailing her efforts as being a highlight to her craft and be placed among the greatest that have come before her. The record is conducted by Danny Lewie, who places this soulful yet menacing production before Queenie, who doesn’t give her oppression one moment to breathe, hard-hitting flow with the prestigious rhythmic to back up every word. Queenie symbolizes Omar in The Wire with this single, whistling through these raps just bringing a haunting presence on just how scary her bars can be. Along with the record came the visual where Queenie can be seen sitting heavenly in a fur coat, bulling around the beat while looking fly in the process. The passion is gracefully shown throughout the track, including the video, and she does not miss one note to show that dedication is truly alive in her. Queenie basks in the glory of how much she has overcome to get into the position she’s currently in and enjoys being an inspiration to those struggling to chase their dream, knowing that eventually it will come to fruition. It’s possible with a gift like hers, and when needed to show the deserving side of her, you best believe she will make your favorite rapper fear her while doing it nonchalantly.

I have a feeling Queenie has a lot more to vent about and could be the entryway into an upcoming project. Right now, this is all speculation, of course, but since I love to figure things out beforehand, I do my best. But one thing I’m sure of is that whatever is coming, her fans will not be disappointed. We highly recommend if you are one of the few still sleeping on Queen Lasoul, then you wake your ass up and get to recognizing quickly.
