Jai Bliss & Slic.YC - Straight Like That (Break Yo Neck) (Single)

Jai Bliss first caught our attention and had the site jumping when we posted her previous record, “Clock It.” Now, she’s back with another anthem, linking up with Slic.YC for “Straight Like That (Break Yo Neck),” an intense level release that brings confidence, attitude, and an infectious rhythm to the forefront.

Jai Bliss wastes no time showing out, riding the upbeat production with a pretty flow and a ferocious delivery that makes it clear she knows exactly what she brings to the table. Whether it’s the men breaking their necks to catch a glimpse of her or the women stretching theirs out to throw shade her way, she’s got everybody looking. Love her one day or hate her the next, one thing is certain: Jai Bliss got paid both days.

Slic.YC complements the track with a solid verse of his own, touching on the love and hate that come with the attention and keeping the record’s energy moving, mirroring Jai’s aggression toward the criticism he also receives. His contribution fits naturally alongside Jai Bliss, making this collaboration feel like a full-on statement rather than just another release. The visual brings that energy to life and you can see it within seconds of the viewing that there collaborative efforts look cohesive in the mix.

With “Straight Like That (Break Yo Neck),” Jai Bliss continues building on the momentum of “Clock It,” proving that whether the conversation is fueled by admiration or criticism, she knows how to keep all eyes on her. If this latest drop is any indication of what the future looks like, Jai Bliss is making sure her name stays in the mix.
