Ain't nothin' like them Summer Nights; a benefit for Kerrville

When tragedy strikes, real ones step up and that’s exactly what Lil Jay did.

A known icon and philanthropist, Lil Jay’s impact on the city has never gone unnoticed. His reputation for giving back runs deep, and when news broke of the devastating floods in Kerrville, he didn’t hesitate to act. Partnering with Power Gate Entertainment, he put together Summer Nights, a benefit concert that turned into one of the most memorable events of the season.

Headlined by none other than Kodak Black, with support from Austin Mahone, AJ Hernz, and King Kyle Lee, the concert drew a packed-out crowd at The Rim. The entire city showed up, with major media coverage ensuring the spotlight stayed focused on the cause. This was San Antonio standing tall for Kerrville.

The night was elevated even further with the presence of the 1902 bar staff, who brought their signature hospitality and energy, helping double down on the atmosphere. What started as a benefit ended up becoming a timeless moment, one where music, unity, and heart came together for a higher purpose.

Lil Jay reminded us with Summer Nights what it means to show love, lead with purpose, and never forget the power of community
